Vijayan Seenisamy is an enterprise AI delivery executive, author, and the creator of the AI Role Operating Framework (AI ROF™). He works at the intersection the industry keeps missing: the operating model that determines whether AI agents survive contact with production.

His thesis is simple to state and expensive to ignore. Enterprise AI fails because organisations run probabilistic technology on an operating model built for deterministic software. The missing discipline is system stewardship, operating across five control surfaces and carried by four named accountabilities. His books, papers and newsletter build that discipline in public.

He is the author of The Pilot Trap: The Category Error Behind Enterprise AI Failure (2026) and The AI Delivery Manager Blueprint (2026), co-author of the Intelligence-Centred Enterprise paper series, and writes The AI Delivery Discipline, a newsletter read by more than 2,300 senior practitioners. He has spoken for ADAPT and Corinium, appeared on the ADAPT Insider podcast, and speaks at Tech Week Singapore in September 2026. He is based in Melbourne, Australia.
